Application

Fill in the application form with your professional profile. The Objais team reviews each application individually — there is no automatic approval.
Manual Admission

Our team personally approves each broker based on experience, specialisation and alignment with network values. Only the best professionals are admitted.
Access to the Leads Feed

After admission (Silver tier), you access the qualified leads feed with photos, estimated value and location.
Purchase & Quote

You choose the lead (exclusive or shared). After purchase, you receive the client's full contact details. You have 48 business hours, weekends excluded, to submit your commercial quote.
Transaction & Commission

You close the deal and tell us the contract was signed, sending the bordereaux or other supporting documents. The commission is settled on the basis of those. Full transparency in every transaction.
